So my photography class "Going Abstract" is in full swing and I've been trying to take more abstract photos. We were given one definition of abstract photography that it "communicates primarily through form, color, and curves rather than image detail." I have to say that I've not been particularly drawn to this type of photography, but I'm making an effort and starting to get a feel for how to pull it off.
Some of the following photos are abstract and some obviously are not. This is just a potpourri of the pictures I've taken recently. I enjoy sharing them with you and I hope you enjoy perusing.
This was my lunch one frivolous day. I'm a lucky girl.
Help!! Run for your life!!!
I know a lot of you don't want to hear this, but in San Diego Fall and Winter and Spring are kind of rolled up together. This was Fall.
This was four weeks later. Spring!
I've posted pics before of my potential retirement homes. There are two of them within a mile of my house. I think the buildings are really cool and I could have stunning views from either. Kids - you can pick whichever one you think is nicer for me - high floor please. Thanks.
Thanks so much for coming along. And please join me in my countdown to Daylight Savings Time......26 days!!
From my world to yours - just a frame away.
